About the role:
As a Junior Motion Designer, you will play a key role in supporting our motion team across a variety of client projects. Under the guidance of Senior and Mid-Weight Motion Designers, you’ll contribute to the creation of high-quality motion graphics, animations, designs and illustrations. You’ll also have the opportunity to take on smaller animation projects independently while ensuring that all work aligns with brand guidelines and creative direction. You may also be required to assist our Senior Video Creative across simple editing projects and our design team with simple design tasks.
You will work closely with the agency producers and client services teams to deliver on time and to brief, meeting the creative standards set by brand guidelines and creative direction. You will be organised with your time & filing structures.
Do you have:
- A Strong work ethic & hunger to learn more

- A Strong portfolio of work showcasing creative capability and thinking
- A hawk-eye attention to detail
- A degree/ certificate in motion design, visual arts or a related field (preferable)
- Ideally, experience working in a fast-paced creative environment
- Experience with relevant software such as Adobe Suite
- Illustration, design & basic editing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to multi-task & prioritise
- C4D, blender and/or Unreal skills (these are a bonus)
Are you comfortable with:
- Responding to new briefs to deliver original animation projects
- Reference sourcing
- Storyboarding
- Animation of projects solo and in collaboration with our Senior and Mid-weight Motion Designers
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe After Effects
- Assistance across simple editing projects and simple design tasks.
- Delivering your projects on time and within budget
- Assisting client services in the quoting phase by providing accurate time estimates to briefs
- Maintaining files within the established system framework
- Working both collaboratively with a team or work independently
