About the role
The Senior Designer is an essential role in driving strategically robust, creative responses across a variety of projects and clients, under the supervision of the Associate Creative Director.
They will have excellent creative skills, a thorough understanding of design principles and how to implement them to craft best-practice branding, print and digital work, as well as the ability to problem solve on the fly — all with minimal instruction and the highest level of attention to detail.
The Senior Designer will be able to work collaboratively with all creatives and be able to guide the Junior and Midweight designers while managing their own workflow and deadlines. They will be an articulate communicator, a quick learner who shows initiative and comes armed with a positive attitude.
Do you have:
- 5-8 years of experience executing design work
- Experience in working in a fast-paced, creative environment
- A strong portfolio of work showcasing creative capability and thinking
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Hawk-eye attention to detail, right down to the pixel
Are you comfortable with:
- Interpreting strategic insights into creative solutions
- Client-facing presentations and/or workshop facilitation
- Effectively and efficiently delivering brand, print, digital and campaign projects
- Identifying and troubleshooting design issues and providing solutions
- A range of software including (not limited to): Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Google & Microsoft Office Suites, and anything else you can bring to the table
- HTML, Google Web Designer and After Effects knowledge is a plus

- Able to work quickly and maintain composure in high-pressure work settings
